CONDENSED HYROX TREIGNING

This is a specific program that is designed to prepare you for an Hyrox event.

The program consists of 3 different phases, while integrating a peaking or realization phase towards the end, to ensure complete race preparedness.

Each week includes 6 days of programming to develop the main qualities needed to excel as a Hybrid athlete.
